Originally launched in 2011 as an avenue to share 80's based boogie, disco, soul with an occasional interview of some of the artist behind the music. As the show evolved, it expanded to golden era and new hip hop/r&b on Snoop Dogg's Cadillacc Music on Dash Radio! We also started sharing interviews in audio and video formats! Find out what James Mtume, the late great Kashif, Steve Arrington, Rahni Song, Jody Watley, and many more artists already know about how we get down! You know him from the group Slave (Just a Touch of Love, Watching You), Steve Arrington's Hall of Fame (Weak At The Knees, Nobody Can Be You But You"), and countless other jams...Mr. Steve Arrington!

Taking this one back to October 23, 2014, when I interviewed legendary songwriter, producer, keyboardist, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Chris Jasper along with good friend, producer/songwriter/guitarist Jermaine Hardsoul. We discussed the release of his 2014 album, The One. He also shared what r&b and funk mean to him, playing multiple instruments, some of his favorite synths, the importance of lyrics and practice, and sharing his spirituality through the music.
